If you want to change the app password/email, please kindly operate as below steps:

1). Click the "Me" which in the lower right corner in the app control interface;

2).Click on the "Settings" button in the upper right corner

3). Click the account and security

4).Click the change login password/email address

Then you can get the verification code to change it.

If you want to cancel your account, please kindly operate as below steps:

1). Click the "Me" which in the lower right corner in the app control interface;

2).Click on the "Settings" button in the upper right corner

3). Click the account and security

4).Click the “Delete Account”

Please check your spam for captcha codes or check if your inbox is full. 

Then add an email whitelist to your mailbox: system.az@notice.2.ismartlife.me; 

authenticate@mail-we.ismartfav.com.

If you still can't receive the verification code, please try a different e-mail address.
