7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • Cancellations requested within 1 hour of placing the order are free of charge.

    • Cancellations requested after 1 hour will require the customer to cover return shipping fees if the order has already been processed.

  • Incorrect Addresses:

    • If a package is lost due to an address error provided by the customer, EACHPAI will not issue a refund or reship the item.


8. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email: support@hkeachpai.com.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the incorrect/damaged item

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange a return or replacement.

    • We provide a prepaid return label for incorrect items.

    • Upon confirmation, we will either resend the correct product or issue a full refund (your choice).
